About Me
I’m an artist, a teacher, a dancer, and always a student of life. Like anyone else, I feel joy and sadness, courage and fear. Sometimes I hesitate to share myself; sometimes I’m bursting with excitement to share what I think and feel. This space is my way of pushing past fear and showing up fully—sharing my creativity, my journey, and my heart with you.
How I See Myself
I am growing every day, learning to embrace my quirks, my intuition, and even my offbeat drum. I thrive on connection but also love solitude, where I can create and listen to the whispers of inspiration. I’ve been told I’m straightforward (sometimes blunt), but I speak from the heart. I’m intuitive, curious, and always becoming more of who I wish to be
What I Do
For 36 years, I’ve been a hairstylist—a career that’s allowed me to express creativity and connect with amazing people. For 15 years I’ve also been a licensed Zumba® instructor, sharing the joy of dance and community.
Now, I’m expanding my movement journey by becoming a certified **Groove facilitator**. Groove is a dance practice that blends simplicity, freedom, and self-expression. Unlike traditional dance, it’s not about perfect steps—it’s about moving your own way, listening to your body, and finding joy in authentic expression. It’s the perfect balance of dance, creativity, and empowerment.
My creative path has expanded in other ways, too. I’m a certified Tarot reader and the author of *Empower Yourself and Live Your Best Life* Oracle Deck, born from three years of photographing the natural world as I walked the spirals of the Priestess Path.
I’m also a certified instructor of *Paint From Your Soul*—guiding women in expressing emotion and creating empowering art. This practice has become a way to blend creativity with healing and self-discovery. And soon, I hope to share another offering close to my heart: **Meditative Drawing**, a practice designed to help let go of limiting beliefs and open to creative flow.
What I Love
I love to create. I love to teach. I love to dance. I love to help. I love to laugh. My hope is that through my work—whether it’s movement, art, or an oracle card—you’ll find a spark that reflects your own wisdom back to you.
Maybe we’ll meet one day, maybe we already have. Either way, I'm happy you are here!
